Tibetan Youth Congress Announces 'Indefinite Fast for Tibet' in Brussels

At a press conference in Brussels at the Residence Palace Int'l Press Centre near European Commission building, TYC President Tsewang Rigzin announced that TYC will organize an 'Indefinite Fast for Tibet" in Brussels. This Fast is organized targeting the European institutions and the Chinese Embassy here. The Fast will be organized in front of the Chinese Embassy in Brussels, Belgium. The press conference was attended by both Int'l and local media including AP and Reuters. It was a joint press conference with three nuns from the Drapchi 14 who shared their personal stories of horror under Chinese occupation and appealed through the media to the international community for concrete support for the Tibetan cause
